These gowns will only be available during the trunk show.

As is customary, a 10% discount will be given during the trunk show.

Jenny Packham is known for her ethereal aesthetic.

Ms. Packham’s gowns range from $1800-$7000.

Mariee’s average gown is: $2000.

Cymbeline of Paris Coming to Mariée

Lunch with Jane Zarzynski at The Farm

An added benefit of having a photographer friend is that sometimes they bring their camera along to snap amazing photos of your baby.  Jane Zarzynski is most well known for her fashion, editorial, and wedding photography, but she snapped some beautiful photos of my daughter, Alex.  Alex is coming up on her first birthday on July 4.  When she’s not hanging out with fashion photographers like Jane,  Miss Alex prefers looking at herself in the giant mirrors at Mariée or sitting in Aunt Sarah’s lap while she calls New York to coordinate dress shipments.

For the trunk show, Vineyard Collection will send their entire new collection for brides to try. It is not a formal fashion show and is not a high-pressure situation. It is a chance to try on dresses that will not be in the Valley again.

We had to include this picture of the happy couple with their officiant, Justice O'Connor.

We had to include this picture of Marie's mom. She left an impression on all of us. Usually moms go for the uber traditional gown for their little princess. Not Mrs. DeSarthe. As an art dealer and true Parisienne, Mrs. DeSarthe knows fashion and loved Marie's dress.

This is our new favorite location in Tucson. It is a treasure and therefore the perfect backdrop for Abby's Mariée gown.

Watters and Watters Trunk Show April 10-11

The weekend of April 10-11, Mariée presents all four of the Watters collections: Watters and Watters brides and maids, as well as Wtoo brides and maids.

Mariée typically carries over a dozen gowns from the Watters collections. During the weekend of April 10-11, Watters and Watters will fill the boutique. As is customary, the trunk show gowns and the savings will be gone by close of business on Saturday April 11.

Mariee will be closed on Easter, April 12.

We expect this to be a very busy weekend, so please reserve your dressing rooms now through this appointment request form.

Jacqueline Passos

See your wedding day look come together with makeup artist, Jackie Passos. Jackie will be on hand to demo makeup for interested brides. Please let us know in advance if you would like to reserve a sitting with Jackie.

Now, more than ever, brides are searching for couture-like gowns on a budget.   Nicole Miller fits that bill perfectly.  All Nicole Miller bridal gowns are under $2000 with a large number of them falling under $800.  Not only are Nicole Miller’s bridal gowns affordable, but they are shipped on a ready-to-wear schedule.  Many of the gowns are kept in stock and can be sent immediately without a rush fee.

Why attend a trunk show? Boutiques purchase a handful of gowns from each of their designers twice a year.  During a trunk show, the designer sends the boutique the entire collection to borrow for the weekend.  This is a great chance for brides to try on gowns that were not purchased by the boutique at market.  Remember, the gowns are sent back to the designer after the weekend is over.  So, the discounts and dressing room opportunities are fleeting.
